Day 52: Brick Day 2 & More Sheet Rock


The masons were out today and finished the brick around the garage.  They will be off tomorrow and will be back Monday if it doesn't rain.  The foreman thinks they will be done by Wednesday.

Also, the dry wall crew as back in today and applied the 2nd coat of mud (Of 3 coats) over the taped seams.  They have to be done by Wednesday as well and indicated it would be close.  They are going to come out and work Sunday to make sure they get done in time.  They will also have to texture all the ceilings within this time frame as well.

    Very majestic. The wrap around brick is one to die for feature they don't offer in our community. We asked, and RH said we only do it on East coast and Southern communities.. Very beautiful.

      RH has a few communities here that do it. Ours is unique because the original builder sets the design standards. Lucky us.

    As always things are looking fantastic Im in love with the brick color fantastic choice we will be stopping by on our way home to Oklahoma so be ready LOL!!

      We will be here...and might even have the bar and wine cellar done. Thanks for the vote on the brick. I know design is your forte, so that helps with our anxiety.
